A two-layered cake with a rich chocolate cremeux: a vanilla and chocolate marbré sponge cake, chocolate and hazelnuts croustillant, caramel, and chocolate cremeux. It is topped with a vanilla ganache, a chocolate ganache, and toasted hazelnuts.

Each cake feeds 10/12 persons.
