With a professional background as a baker, recipe developer, and food stylist, Marie has honed her craft through years of experience in hospitality and food content creation in NYC. Her passion for food ignited at a young age when she imagined restaurant menus at just 10 years old and began baking with her aunt in France. She later pursued a Master’s degree in Food Studies, focusing on food culture, history, and the economics of the food and beverage industry.

Known for her love of baking and pastry arts, Marie also has a deep appreciation for cooking. She embraces seasonal ingredients, incorporating fresh herbs and spices into her dishes whenever possible.
